The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company") informs that the Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements according to IFRS for the first quarter of 2010 including the Condensed Interim Financial Statements of the Company for the first quarter of 2010 will be disclosed to the public on 14 May 2010 after closing of the session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Legal basis: Article 103.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required by the law of any non-member state.
