Opening of Galleria Burgas, GTC’s second shopping center in Bulgaria.
Platinium Business Park V put into commission.
The Company placed 100 million new shares, raising EUR 100 million.
Sale of Platinium Business Park project, comprising in total of four buildings (Platinum I through IV).
GTC won in the global Euromoney Real Estate Survey and has been named Best Overall Developer in Romania and Serbia (approx. 23% of income generating assets of GTC are located in those two countries), and Best Mixed Developer in Poland which is the key market for the company, with around 46% of completed properties.

Opening of Avenue Mall Osijek, GTC’s second shopping center in Croatia.
Sale of remaining 50% stake in Galeria Mokotów, Warsaw. The transaction valued the asset at EUR 475million.
Opening of Galleria Arad in Romania.
Delivery of another two office buildings in Warsaw (Platinium Business Park IV and Corius).
Awarded in the category of Real Estate & Infrastructure in the Business Masters competition organised by Businessman.pl magazine.
University Business Park and Francuska Office Centre were recognised in the competition for Building of the Year 2010 in the category of public use buildings organised by the Polish Union of Civil Engineers and Technicians.

2006

Sale of Mokotów Business Park, then the largest office park in Central and Eastern Europe, comprising nine buildings with a total rental area of 107 000 sq m. The complex was sold for USD 287 million.
Successful completion of new shares offering. GTC placed 1 712 m new shares, raising USD 150 million.
Awarded by financial daily Parkiet – Bull and Bear statuette for GTC for the best investment in a listed company from the WIG20 index.

2005

Opening of Galeria Kazimierz in Cracow.
Awarded by industry magazine Construction & Investment Journal – Best Shopping Centre of 2005 for Galeria Kazimierz.

2004

Listing of GTC on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Delivery of the Globis building in the center of Poznań – GTC’s first office project in Poland outside of Warsaw.

2000

Opening of Galeria Mokotów, the first third-generation shopping mall on the ever-evolving retail map of Warsaw.

1998

Beginning of expansion outside of Poland – in Czech Republic, Romania and Hungary.

1996

Construction of Mokotów Business Park begins in the post-industrial district of Służewiec Przemysłowy. The project sparked the creation of one of the largest business districts in Warsaw.
