- As of 30 June 2026, 99% of our properties hold environmental certifications or are in the process of recertification (mainly LEED and BREEAM), including 100% of our portfolio in Poland, Romania, Serbia and Bulgaria.
- All GTC properties in Poland, Romania and Hungary, as well as the Advance Business Center complex in Bulgaria, operate using green electricity covered by renewable energy guarantees of origin or PPA agreement.
- We are implementing energy-efficiency and water-management measures across our portfolio. Performance is tracked through our ESG KPIs.
Society

- We support local communities, education and culture, collaborating with over one hundred partners - including NGOs, schools and universities.
- We promote local entrepreneurs and regional products (for example through exhibitions and markets).
- We ensure that our buildings remain accessible to everyone - including seniors and people with disabilities.
- We conduct numerous initiatives aimed at strengthening and developing local communities.

- Across all our markets, we have introduced internal regulations covering anti-corruption, insider information protection, as well as the prevention of discrimination and mobbing.
