People are at the heart of GTC - our employees, tenants and investors. Every day we take care of the comfort and wellbeing of the thousands of people who use our buildings.
We run our business ethically and build long-term, trust-based relationships with our partners.
We act as a good neighbour, engaged in the needs of the communities in which we operate. Our projects have animpact on local economies, on the development of cities and regions, and on the wellbeing of people - from office users to retail customers.
For 30 years, we have been creating and managing modern office spaces as well as popular retail destinations. Since 2024, we have also been the owner of residential units in Germany (as of 30 June 2026 ca. 5,1k units).
Our mission is to build solid, long-term foundations for business - based on strong relationships with all our stakeholders: tenants, investors, clients and employees.
Our operations are guided by an ESG strategy built on three pillars: improving the environmental performance of our buildings through energy-efficiency measures, renewable electricity procurement and actions to reduce greenhouse-gas emissions; fostering equality, respect and diversity in our relationships with employees and stakeholders; and maintaining high standards of corporate governance.

Portfolio
To date, we have developed 82 office and retail buildings with a total area of 1.4 million sqm. Currently, we manage a portfolio of 41 properties offering 687,000 sqm of leasable space. These buildings are located in Poland - in Warsaw and six major regional cities - as well as in Budapest, Bucharest, Belgrade and Sofia.
Across our entire portfolio, we continuously introduce technological innovations and solutions that improve energy efficiency. Our ESG performance is reported annually - in 2025, a 15% year-on-year decrease in Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions (including only tenants). As of 30 June 2026, 99% of our office and retail buildings (100% in Poland, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria) hold LEED, BREEAM or DGNB certifications, or are undergoing recertification.
