From 1 July 2021, the revised set of corporate governance principles, which were collected in the set of “Best Practices for WSE Listed Companies 2021", remains in force. The company is trying to follow all the principles, given that they increase the shareholder value.

Report on the application of the principles of corporate governance
The Decree of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018, in force from 30 April 2018, on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the conditions of considering as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member country, obliges the Company to publish an annual statement on the application of corporate governance as a separate part of the Management Report on activities.
We have released a statement according to the requirements of the above decree.
