The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("GTC") hereby informs that, pursuant to art. 7.7.2 of the by-laws of the Company, as a result of the fact that there has been no candidates proposed to the position of the Independent Member of the Supervisory Board, at the Annual General Meeting held on 24th April 2013 the Management Board of the Company will propose Mr Mariusz Grendowicz to the position of the Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, with a monthly remuneration, starting from the date of the appointment, i.e. 24 April 2013, in the amount of PLN 8,000.
Legal grounds: §5.22 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 concerning the submission of current periodical information by the securities' issuers and the conditions of recognizing as equal the information demanded by the national lawful regulation of a country which does not hold the membership in European Union.
