Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC S.A.) has signed lease contracts for nearly 2000 sq m of office space in Platinum Business Park in Warsaw. Another renowned international company will soon join the tenant list of Platinum Business Park.
The new tenants of one of the most prestigious office parks in Warsaw are: CB Richard Ellis Facilities Management (CBRE FM) and Communication Unlimited (CU) advertising agency. CBRE FM will occupy approximately 570 sq m, while CU took 590 sq m of office space in the recently completed third building in Platinum Business Park. The building has received its occupancy permit in December 2009. The first tenant – TUI, with its offices comprising 2700 sq m of space, has already moved in.
GTC S.A. has also signed a letter of intent with a renowned international company for the lease of 1500 sq m of space in the third building of the business park. This transaction is likely to be concluded in January 2010.
Another new tenant in Platinum Business Park is Peugeot, which will occupy the last available space (about 750 sq m) in the second building of the complex.
Considered as one of the landmarks of the business district in Mokotow, Platinum Business Park is located at the intersection of Domaniewska and Woloska streets.The third building of the complex provides 11 400 sq m of rentable space. The tenants of the three completed buildings have also approx. 650 parking places for their use. Ultimately, upon completion, Platinum Business Park will comprise 6 buildings with a total rentable area of 70 600 sq m.
The main idea behind Platinum Business Park was to create an office park that would be distinctive with its high quality, modern architectural solutions and friendly to the tenants, thanks to the attractive arrangement of the public space between the buildings, with ample recreational and green area located by the inner lake of the complex. Platinum Business Park has been honoured in the ranking of best architectural projects held by the polish branch of the international architecture internet forum – Skyscrapercity.com.
Cushman & Wakefield is the leasing agent for Platinum Business Park. The tenants of the complex include: Leo Burnett, Levi Strauss, Saatchi & Saatchi, GE Medical Systems, Expander, Zenith Optimedia, IC Companys, Helm, Electrabel, Trio Management, Crédit Agricole, Finamo, mBank, and OKI Printing Solutions Polska.
