At the beginning of next year, the Małopolska Centre of Entrepreneurship will move into the GTC Newton building, which is part of the Korona Office Complex. The institution will occupy an area of over 3,000 sq m.
Małopolska Centre of Entrepreneurship (MCP) is a self-government organisational unit of the Małopolska Region established on 2007. Serves as the Intermediate Body for the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027, it supports the region in the areas of social policy, entrepreneurship, and education. MCP's responsibilities include evaluating funding applications, signing contracts, monitoring project implementation progress, settling projects, and conducting audits of these projects.
The institution’s new headquarters will be located in the GTC Newton building within the Korona Office Complex. This Krakow office center consists of four class A buildings (Pascal, Galileo, Newton, and Edison). The Newton building offers a high standard of finish and flexible space arrangement options, while its BREEAM In-use certification at the Excellent level confirms the use of eco-friendly solutions and high standards for communicating with tenants and applied procedures. Its excellent location allows for quick and easy access to the center of Krakow, the train station, the airport in Balice, and the A4 highway.
"We are pleased that the Małopolska Centre of Entrepreneurship, a significant element in the local business development, has decided to lease space in the Korona Office Complex. With this, the Newton building is now fully leased. I am confident that the functionality and convenience of the complex will foster creativity, creative work, and efficiency for the entire MCP team," said Łukasz Jarzyło, Head of Office Leasing at GTC Poland.
The new tenant will move into the Newton building in January 2025. The transaction was handled on behalf of GTC by Agnieszka Kuehn, Senior Leasing Manager.
