New roles in GTC's Polish operations

As of February, Julita Kubalska has assumed the role of Head of Retail Leasing and Shopping Centre Management, while Łukasz Jarzyło has been appointed Head of Office Leasing and Asset Management at GTC’s Polish operations – a leading investor and manager of commercial real estate in Central and Eastern Europe. The changes are aimed at further improving cooperation, decision-making processes and overall operational efficiency.

Łukasz Jarzyło has taken up the newly created position of Head of Office Leasing and Asset Management. In his new role, he combines his existing responsibility for office leasing with the management of all office properties in GTC’s Polish portfolio – 16 buildings with a total leasable area of nearly 200,000 sqm.

Julita Kubalska has been appointed Director of Galeria Północna in Warsaw. She will also continue to serve as Head of Retail Leasing for GTC’s two shopping centres in Poland – Galeria Północna and Galeria Jurajska in Częstochowa. Following the consolidation of these roles, Julita Kubalska has been named Head of Retail Leasing and Shopping Centre Management. Galeria Północna is the first large-scale fourth-generation shopping centre in northern Warsaw, offering approximately 200 retail and service units across 65,000 sqm of leasable space.

Łukasz Jarzyło brings more than 20 years of professional experience. He joined GTC in 2023 and previously worked, among others, for CPI Property Group and CBRE.

Julita Kubalska is a retail expert with over 15 years of experience in the sector. She has been with GTC since 2022 and previously worked with Fashion House Outlet Centre, later Designer Outlet Warszawa, as well as the Royal Collection retail chain.
