GTC, a leading real estate investor and commercial property manager in Central and Eastern Europe, has signed two lease agreements in the Edison building – one of four properties forming the Korona Office Complex in Cracow. The building has welcomed a new tenant, Grupa Radiowa Agora, while Alterga has decided to extend its lease. Together, the two agreements cover nearly 1,700 sqm of office space.
Korona Office Complex is a business hub in Cracow popular among numerous IT, gaming and engineering companies. It is located at Armii Krajowej Ave. in close proximity to AGH University campus. Edison is a Class A office building that offers over 10,000 sqm of office and retail space, providing excellent access to public transport, the city centre, and surrounding districts.
The new tenant, the Cracow’s branch of Grupa Radiowa Agora, will occupy approximately 540 sqm of space to be utilized as Radio Zet broadcasting studio. Meanwhile, Alterga – a company specialising in the design and construction of power networks – has chosen to remain in Edison, extending its lease for more than 1,100 sqm.

The Edison building – like the other buildings in the Korona Office Complex – holds a BREEAM In-Use certificate at the “Excellent” level., confirming its high environmental performance, as well as the “Building Without Barriers” certificate awarded to properties that meet accessibility standards developed by the Integration Foundation.

Among the other tenants of the Korona Office Complex, which offers a total of over 39,000 sqm of office space, are IBM, Strabag, Vesuvius, Danieli Wean United, Alfa Laval, Endego and Frozen District as well as Małopolska Centre for Entrepreneurship.
