Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. („GTC”) informs, that based on an offer from Heitman International LLC (“HI”) on 6 May 2013 r. GTC signed with HI acting on behalf of HEPP IV real estate fund non binding head of terms regulating initial terms of sale of Galeria Jurajska shopping mall located in Czestochowa at a price reflecting current market yield. Potential finalization of the transaction is subject to due diligence and successful negotiations.
