The Management of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) hereby informs that it has decided to propose to the shareholders issue of rights in the amount of approximately EUR 100 million. This decision has been confirmed and supported by Supervisory Board. GTC has also been informed by its main shareholder GTC RE of its intention to participate in the rights offering in its full pro-rata share (27.75%).
