Globe Trade Centre S.A. informs that on 1 September 2010 two of its subsidiaries, GTC Nefryt Sp. z o.o. and GTC Topaz Office Sp. z o.o. signed with RREEF Investment GmbH, acting through its branch in Poland, preliminary purchase agreements concerning the Topaz and Nefryt buildings for the total price of EUR 78,950,000. The final purchase agreements will be signed after the parties receive a tax interpretation regarding the taxation of the transaction. The Topaz and Nefryt buildings are situated in the Warsaw district of Mokotów and the total leasable area thereof amounts to approximately 27,000 m2.
