The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces the schedule for release of the Company’s periodic reports in 2010. The condensed interim consolidated financial report together with the condensed quarterly financial report of the Company will be released on the following dates: for the 1st quarter of 2010, on 17 May 2010, and for the 3rd quarter of 2010, on 15 November 2010. The consolidated half-yearly financial report together with the condensed half-yearly financial report of the Company for the first six months of 2010 will be released on 31 August 2010. The annual consolidated financial report and the annual financial report of the Company for 2009 will be released on 26 February 2010.
