The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company") hereby informs that on 9 November 2010 its Supervisory Board appointed Jacek Wachowicz to the position of a Member of the Management Board and Director of Lease and Sale effective as of 11 January 2011, when Mr. Mariusz Kozłowski will step down from the Management Board.

Jacek Wachowicz has a very strong real estate and financial background. Between July 2008 and November 2010 he successfully run his own real estate advisory company advising between others Warimpex and Allfin. Between February 2007 and June 2008 he was a Managing Director of TriGranit Development in Poland being responsible for their operations in Poland. Between 2002 and 2007 he worked as a Senior Vice President and Director of Central and Eastern European Acquisitions at Heitman Real Estate Investment Management Firm both in London, UK and Warsaw. Between 1995 and 2002 he held a number of various positions within Cargill Financial Markets PLC, starting as a Money Market Trader, through Currency and Bond Trader and Investment Manager. He started his career in 1992 as a Manager of Treasury Bills and Corporate Desk in Raiffeisen Bank in Warsaw. The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company") hereby informs that on 9 November 2010 its Supervisory Board appointed Jacek Wachowicz to the position of a Member of the Management Board and Director of Lease and Sale effective as of 11 January 2011, when Mr. Mariusz Kozłowski will step down from the Management Board.

Jacek Wachowicz graduated from Warsaw University, Faculty of Journalism and Political Science in 1992.

Jacek Wachowicz does not run a business competitive to the business of Globe Trade Centre S.A. and is not entered into the Registry of insolvent Debtors held by the Registry Court.

Legal grounds: Legal grounds: §5 sec. 22 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 concerning the submission of current periodical information by the securities' issuers and the conditions of recognizing as equal the information demanded by the national lawful regulation of a country which does not hold the membership in European Union.
