The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company") hereby notifies that pursuant to the resolution No. 22 dated 17 March 2010 adopted by the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, Mr Mariusz Grendowicz was appointed to the Company’s Supervisory Board as an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board, for a three-year term.

The information concerning the qualifications and the previously held positions as well as the overview of the professional experience of Mr Mariusz Grendowicz, were published in the current report No. 21/2005 dated 15 April 2005. The re-appointment of Mr Mariusz Grendowicz to the Supervisory Board is related with the expiry of his mandate in relation to the approval by the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the financial statements for the last full financial year of his term in office as the Independent Member of the Supervisory Board.

According to his statements Mr Mariusz Grendowicz is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained in compliance with the Act on the National Court Register and does not perform any activities outside of the Company’s business which would be competitive thereto, does not participate in any competitive business either as a partner in a civil partnership or any other partnership, and is not a member of the authorities of any company or any other competitive legal entity.
