The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company’) informs that on 20 August 2010 Mariusz Kozłowski resigned from his function of Member of the Management Board and Director for Investor Relations at the Company. The resignation will come into force on 10 January 2011. The reasons for the resignation include personal plans related with private investment. Until 10 January 2011 Mariusz Kozłowski will continue his work at the Company and will remain a member of the Management Board and during such time he will present the future Director for Investor Relations to the analysts and Company shareholders. The new Director for Investor Relations will commence his duties on 10 January 2011.
