The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("Company"), informs that on 31 August 2011 it received an information on purchase of 15 000 shares of Globe Trade Centre S.A. by Eli Alroy, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company. Shares were purchased at the average share price of 10.96 PLN per share in the standard session transactions on 26 August 2011.

Legal grounds: § 160 section 4 of the law of 29 July 2005 on trade in financial instruments.
