Current Report No. 20/2011 Purchase of shares of Globe Trade Centre S.A. by entity related to the members of the Supervisory Board of the Company

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("Company"), informs that on 1 September 2011 it received an information on purchase of shares of Globe Trade Centre S.A. by GTC Real Estate Holding B.V., a subsidiary of Kardan N.V. and a company related to the members of the Supervisory Board of the Company. Shares were purchased in the standard session transactions as follows:

1. 810,000 shares at average price per share of PLN 11.44 on 30 August 2011,
2. 408,635 shares at average price per share of PLN 11.84 on 31 August 2011,
3. 135,000 shares at average price per share of PLN 11.85 on 1 September 2011.
