Management Board of Globe Trade Centre SA ("GTC" or the "Company") informs that it received a notification informing that ownership of the Company’s shares held by ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny with its seat in Warsaw („Fund”) has increased above the threshold of 10% of the total number of votes at the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders.
According to the information provided in the notification, as a result of acquisition of shares in transactions on the Warsaw Stock Exchange settled on 23 September 2011, the number of shares on the Fund's account increased to 23,024,612, representing 10.50% of total votes at a General Meeting of Shareholders and 10.50% of the share capital of GTC.
Previously, the Fund owned 21,885,887 shares of GTC which represented 9.98% of total votes at a General Meeting of Shareholders and 9.98% of the share capital of GTC.
Moreover, the Fund announced that it does not exclude an increase or a decrease in the number of shares held by the Fund depending on market conditions and performance of the Company, and that the goal of the acquisition of the shares of the Company is to invest cash within the Fund's investment activities.
