The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("Company"), informs that on 15 November 2011 it received an information on purchase of shares of Globe Trade Centre S.A. by a member of the Management Board of the Company, who purchased 50,000 shares in the standard session transactions at average price per share of PLN 8.78 on 15 November 2011.
