The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("Company"), hereby announces that it received resignation of Mr. Walter van Damme and Mr. Alon Shlank from the position of the Supervisory Board Members of Company with the effect as of 20 January 2011 and dismissal from the same position of Mr. Henry Marcel Philippe Alster, with the effect as of 21 January 2011, by GTC Real Estate Holding B.V. (“GTC RE”), who was the appointing shareholder. As the reason for the above actions the parties provided lowering of GTC RE stake in the Company to 27.14% of the share capital after which its right to appoint Supervisory Board members had been reduced from eight to five members.

After the above mentioned changes the Supervisory Board of the Company consists of:

Artur Kucharski, Member of the Supervisory Board (appointee of Aviva)
Mariusz Grendowicz, Independent Member of the Supervisory Board (appointed by Shareholder Meeting)

Legal grounds: § 5 sec. 1 point 21 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 concerning the submission of current periodical information by the securities' issuers and the conditions of recognizing as equal the information demanded by the national lawful regulation of a country which does not hold the membership in European Union.
