The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre SA ("GTC" or the "Company") informs that it has received a notification informing that the ownership of the Company’s shares held by ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny with its seat in Warsaw (the “Fund”) has decreased below the threshold of 10% of the total number of votes at the Company’s General Meeting of the Shareholders.
According to the notification, as a result of the sale of shares in transactions on the Warsaw Stock Exchange settled on 24 February 2012, the number of shares on the Fund's account has decreased to 21,026,281, representing 9.58% of the total votes at the General Meeting of the Shareholders and 9.58% of the share capital of GTC.
Previously, the Fund owned 22,200,048 shares in GTC which represented 10.12% of the total votes at the General Meeting of the Shareholders and 10.12% of the share capital of GTC.
