The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("GTC") hereby informs that on 21 December 2012 it received a resignation from Mr Jan Slootweg from his position as the Member of Supervisory Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. On the same day, the Company received from GTC Real Estate B.V. a nomination of Mr Guy Elias to the Supervisory Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A.
Mr Guy Elias is a BA graduate in Business Administration from LL.B – The Interdisciplinary Center Herzeliya with specialisation in: Land and Real Estate Entrepreneurship and Law and a MBA graduate from Ecole Superieure de Gestion. Between 2000 and 2004, Guy Elias worked at The Fishman Group, first as Manager of Marketing in Oneal Construction Ltd., Manager of Marketing Europe in Oneal Construction Ltd and as Vice Manager of Central District Department in Industrial Buildings Corporation Ltd. Between 2004 and 2009, Elias worked at the Alony Hetz Group as Asset Manager in Amot Investments Ltd., Manager of Marketing Department in Amot Investments Ltd. and as Business Development Manager in Amot Investments Ltd. and later as General Manager of Pacific Star Arrow Vietnam Real Estate Management Ltd. In 2010, Guy Elias was Real Estate Director of Vietcombank Fund Management. Guy Elias joined GTC Real Estate B.V. as Vice President Business Development in 2011.
According to his statement, Guy Elias is not entered in the register of insolvent debtors maintained in compliance with the Act on the National Court Register dated 20 August 1997, does not perform any activities outside of the Company’s business which could be considered competitive thereto, does not participate in any competitive business either as a partner in a civil partnership or any other type of partnership, and is not a member of the authorities of any competitive company or any other competitive entity.
