The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on 28 February 2012 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution regarding the appointment of:
- Mr Piotr Kroenke,
- Mr Erez Boniel,
- Mr Mariusz Kozłowski,
- Mr Hagai Harel
as Members of the Company’s Management Board, for next three year term.

The information regarding the qualifications and the positions previously held by the above persons, including an overview of their professional history were published by the Company in the Current Report 60/2004 dated 16 June 2004, in the current report No. 2/2002 dated 17 January 2002 and in the Prospectus concerning the Company Shares dated 31 December 2003 and are posted on the Company’s website.

In accordance with their statements the above referenced persons are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained on the basis of the National Court Register Act and they do not perform any other activities outside the business of the Company which would be competitive thereto, they do not participate in any competitive company as partners of a civil partnership or any other partnership or as members of the authorities of a capital company, or in any competitive legal entity as members of its authorities.
