The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("GTC") hereby informs that on 5 June 2013 it received from GTC Real Estate B.V. a decision about replacement Mr. David Brush in the position of the Supervisory Board Member with Mr Ariel Hasson.
Mr. Ariel Hasson holds an MBA with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management in Northwestern University and a B.A., magna cum laude, in Economics and in Management from the Tel Aviv University. He is the CEO of Kardan Financial Services (KFS). Prior to joining KFS Mr. Hasson served as an Executive vice President with Bank Hapoalim and head of the Emerging Markets banking within the bank’s International division. In his capacity Mr. Hasson was responsible for the Bank activities’ through its subsidiaries and partnerships mainly in CEE and CIS countries. Prior to that role Mr. Hasson served as the Chief Advisor to the President and CEO of Bank Hapoalim. Before joining Bank Hapoalim, Ariel had worked with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in the US, as a strategy consultant.
According to her statement, Ariel Hasson is not entered in the register of insolvent debtors maintained in compliance with the Act on the National Court Register dated 20 August 1997, does not perform any activities outside of the Company’s business which could be considered competitive thereto, does not participate in any competitive business either as a partner in a civil partnership or any other type of partnership, and is not a member of the authorities of any competitive company or any other competitive entity.
