The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company") hereby announces that pursuant to Articles 7.1.1, 7.1.2 and 7.1.3 of the Company's statute, on 12 April 2013 Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A. seated in Warsaw (00-133), Al. Jana Pawła II 24, acting on behalf of Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" appointed Jarosław Karasiński to the Company's Supervisory Board. Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" is the Company's shareholder holding more than 5% in the share capital of the Company and therefore entitled to appoint one member of the Company's Supervisory Board.


Jarosław Karasiński graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Transport of Gdańsk University (1992) and Gdynia Maritime University with specialization in Marine Navigation (1991). He has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Projprzem S.A. since May 2010, of Armatura Kraków S.A. since April 2012 and JHM Development S.A. since June 2012. Since 2004, Mr. Karasiński has been Chairman of Robinzone Sp. z o. o. Between 2002 and 2004 he worked for Brasco S.A. Group as financial controller and investment advisor. Between 2000 and 2002 he worked for Wirtualna Polska S.A. as business development director, advisor to the management board. In the years 1996 - 2000 he was vice director for Access/Rothschild Corporate Finance Polska where he was responsible for investment banking.


According to his statement, Mr Karasińsk is not entered in the register of insolvent debtors maintained in compliance with the Act on the National Court Register dated 20 August 1997, does not perform any activities outside of the Company's business which could be considered competitive thereto, does not participate in any competitive business either as a partner in a civil partnership or any other type of partnership, and is not a member of authorities of any competitive company or any other competitive entity.
