The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs that on 18 December 2013 it received a notification from LSREF III GTC Investments B.V. (previous named Emerging Investments XIII B.V.), with its registered office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered under number 58287418, of a change of the intention and purpose to further increase the shareholder’s share in the total votes in Company specified in item 4 notification of 22 November 2013, as reported in the Company current report no. 33/2013 of 23 November 2013.

The Management Board of LSREF III GTC Investments B.V., notifies that they do not rule out a possibility of further increasing the shareholder’s share in the total votes in the Company.
