The management board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 21 November 2013 Guy Elias, Yosef Grunfeld, Ariel Hasson, Shouky Oren and Einat Oz-Gabber submitted their resignations from their positions as members of the supervisory board of the Company with immediate effect.
