The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that it made correction of the extended interim report for the 1st half of 2014. Due to technical difficulties the published Report did not have second page of the independent auditors` review report of the unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements as of 30 June 2014. The corrected extended interim report for the 1st half of 2014 contains correctly attached independent auditors` review report of the unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements as of 30 June 2014.

Legal grounds: § 6 section 4 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 concerning the submission of current periodical information by securities' issuers and the conditions of recognizing as equivalent the information required by the national lawful regulations of a country which is not a member of the European Union.
