The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("Company"), hereby announces that on 30 December 2014 it received a notification from Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway) that on 29 December 2014 it crossed the threshold of 5% in the total number of votes in the Company and it holds 17,576,757 shares of Globe Trade Centre S.A.
