The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("Company"), hereby announces that on 31 December 2014 it received a notification from Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway) that on 30 December 2014 it decreased its stake in the Company below the 5% threshold in the total number of votes in the Company and it holds 16,986,132 shares of Globe Trade Centre S.A.
