The management board of Globe Trade Centre Spółka Akcyjna (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 3 November 2015 the management board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A., the “GPW”) adopted the following:

  1. resolution No. 1105/2015 regarding the designation of the last day of trading on the main floor of the GPW of the rights to the series K ordinary bearer shares in the Company (prawa do akcji, the “Rights to Series K Shares”), according to which the management board of the GPW designated 4 November 2015 as the last date of trading of 108,906,190 (one hundred and eight million, nine hundred and six thousand, and one hundred and ninety) Rights to Series K Shares, marked by the Polish National Depositary for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A., the “KDPW”) with code PLGTC0000201;
  2. resolution No. 1106/2015 regarding the admission and introduction to stock exchange trading on the main market of the GPW of the ordinary bearer series K shares in the Company according to which the management board of the GPW resolved to introduce on 5 November 2015, in accordance with standard procedure, 108,906,190 (one hundred and eight million, nine hundred and six thousand, and one hundred and ninety) ordinary bearer series K shares in the Company with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 (ten groszy) each, provided that such shares are registered by the KDPW on 5 November 2015 and are assigned the code PLGTC0000037.

The said resolutions entered into force on the date of their adoption.
