The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("Company"), hereby announces that on 8 January 2015 it received a notification from Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway) that it did not cross 5% threshold in Globe Trade Centre as it previously informed (current report no 1/2015 dated 7 January 2015) and it holds now 17,002,401 shares of Globe Trade Centre S.A. which translates into 4.84% of total number of shares of the Company.
