The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (“GTC”) hereby announces that it’s fully owned subsidiary Centrum Światowida Sp. z o.o. has received today from the President of Capital City of Warsaw a confirmation that the decision approving the building design and containing a building permit for the construction of the Galeria Północna shopping mall in Warsaw has become final on 6 June 2015.
This decision will allow GTC to proceed with development and construction of Galeria Północna.
Legal basis: Article 56 section 1(1) of the Act on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and on Public Companies dated 29 July 2005.
