The management board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 19 March 2015 the supervisory board of the Company appointed Erez Boniel as member of the management board of the Company for new three-year terms.
Erez Boniel has been a member of the Management Board and the Company’s chief financial officer since 1997. Erez Boniel graduated from University of Haifa in 1990, where he obtained a B.A. degree in economics and accounting and from University of Calgary in 1999, where he obtained his MBA with honors. Erez Boniel is also a holder of a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certificate. Between 1990 and 1993 he worked as an auditor in an audit firm, and then, between 1993 and 1996 as a financial controller at Reynolds Construction.
According to statement he has made, Erez Boniel is not entered in the register of insolvent debtors maintained pursuant to the Polish Act on the National Court Register dated 20 August 1997, does not perform any activities outside of the Company’s business which could be considered competitive thereto, does not participate in any competitive business, either as a partner in a civil partnership or any other type of partnership, and is not member of the authorities of any competitive company or any other competitive entity.
Legal grounds: §5 section 22 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 concerning the submission of current periodical information by the issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equal the information demanded by the national lawful regulation of a country which does not hold the membership in European Union.
