The management board of Globe Trade Centre SA (“GTC”) informs that a purchase agreement of Duna Tower was concluded on 19 November 2015 between Duna Tower Ingatlanhasznosító és Kereskedelmi Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság, (“Seller”) and GTC Duna Kft., a 100% subsidiary of GTC (“Purchaser”). Duna Tower office building is located in the 13th District of Budapest and is leased to international tenants. GTC intends to continue the leasing activity through upgrading the property and improving its occupancy. The net purchase price is EUR 52,150,000 which as at the date of this current report, based to the average EUR/PLN exchange rate announced by the National Bank of Poland amounts to PLN 221,517,555.  The transaction was financed by GTC’s own sources.

There are no relations between the Company and the persons managing or supervising the Company and the Seller and persons managing the Purchaser and the Seller and the persons managing the Seller, except for the relations resulting from the Agreement.

The agreement has been designated as significant since its value exceeds 10% of GTC’s own capital.
