The management board of Globe Trade Centre SA (“GTC”) informs that a preliminary purchase agreement of Pixel office building in Poznan was concluded on 22 December 2015 between Pixel 1 Sp. z o.o., (“Seller”) and GTC Wilson Park Sp. z o.o., a 100% subsidiary of GTC (“Purchaser”). Pixel office building is entirely leased to renowned tenants. GTC intends to hold the building as part of the income producing portfolio. The net purchase price is EUR 32,217,491.41 which as at the date of this current report, based to the average EUR/PLN exchange rate announced by the National Bank of Poland amounts to PLN 136,637,602.83. The transaction will be financed by GTC’s own sources and a bank loan.
The final purchase agreement is expected to be signed in the first quarter 2016 following completion of standard conditions precedent.
Neither the Company nor its managers or supervisors have any relationship with the Seller or with the Seller’s managers, except for the relations resulting from the Agreement.
