Current report no 18/2016: Refinancing of material loan facilities

The management board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that a material agreement regarding the financing of the Duna Tower office project in Budapest was concluded on 14 July 2016 with OTP Bank Nyrt (the “Bank”). The total nominal amount of the new loan is EUR 28 million. The new loan bears variable interest based on Euribor increased by the applicable margin. The loan will amortize over a period of 15 years.

Furthermore, the Company and the Bank undertook to refinance the EUR 38.9 million CenterPoint loans currently financed by MKB Bank Zrt. with a new EUR 47 million loan facility bearing the same conditions as the Duna Tower loan.

The security of the loans is standard for this type of agreement, including an undertaking to enter into cross-collateral provisions between the Duna Tower project and CenterPoint project, once the latter is refinanced.
