Further to current report No. 17/2016 dated 6 July 2016, the management board of Globe Trade Centre SA (the “Company”) hereby publishes the Abridged Pre-Listing Statement prepared in connection with the secondary listing of the shares in the Company on the “Real Estate Holding and Development” sector of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (the “JSE”), with effect from the commencement of trade on the JSE on or about 18 August 2016 (the “Secondary Listing”), which has also been published on the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) of the JSE.
