The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs that on 11 October 2017 the Company was notified that the President of the Management Board acquired 33.958 shares in the Company at an average price of PLN 9.5866 on 9 October 2017 and 21.042 shares in the Company at an average price of PLN 9.722 on 10 October 2017.
