The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on 17 April 2019 it received a written statement of GTC Dutch Holdings B.V., with its registered seat at Herikerbergweg 238, Luna Arena 1101 CM Amsterdam, the Netherlands, according to which the shareholder pursuant to article 9.6 of the articles of association of the Company, proposed the candidacy of Mariusz Grendowicz for the function of Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of Company pursuant to article 9.5 of the articles of association of the Company.

The candidacy was prosed for consideration as part of the agenda of the Company’s Annual General Meeting convened to be held on 14 May 2019, providing, inter alia, adoption of a resolution regarding the appointment of an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board.
