The management board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (“the Company”) hereby informs that on 9 April 2020 it received from Mr. Alexander Hesse, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, his resignation from the Supervisory Board of the Company effective 16 April 2020.
Legal basis: § 5 section 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic disclosures by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent the information that is required by the laws of a non-member state.
