The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that the release date of the Company’s consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2020, originally scheduled for 14 May 2020, according to the current report no 2/2020, will be postponed to 9 June 2020.
The other release dates of interim reports in 2020 remain unchanged.
Legal basis:§ 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic disclosures by issuers of securities and the conditions forrecognising as equivalent the information that is required by the laws of a non-member state.
