The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that the release date of the Company’s consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2020, scheduled for 20 August 2020 (as announced in the current report No. 2/2020 dated 28 January 2020), will be changed to 19 August 2020.
The other release dates of interim reports in 2020 remain unchanged.
Legal basis:§ 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic disclosures by issuers of securities and the conditions forrecognising as equivalent the information that is required by the laws of a non-member state.
