The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("GTC") announced that on 25 June 2021 the Company was notified that the President of the Management Board acquired 13,659 shares in the Company at an average price of PLN 6.449517 on 21 June 2021 and 21,841 shares in the Company at an average price of PLN 6.786646 on 24 June 2021.
