The management board of Globe Trade Centre Spółka Akcyjna (the “Company”) announces the receipt of Statement No. 1563/2021 of the management board of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the “KDPW”) dated 23 December 2021 (the “Statement”) regarding the conclusion with the Company of an agreement on the registration of 88,700,000 (eighty-eight million, seven hundred thousand) rights to the series O ordinary bearer shares in the Company (prawa do akcji), each with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 (ten groszy) (the “Rights to Shares”). The Rights to the Shares have been marked with the code ISIN PLGTC0000334. The date of registration of the Rights to Shares has been set for the third day following the receipt by KDPW of the decision on the admission of the Rights to Shares to trading on a regulated market.
