Further to current report no. 16/2021 dated 27 October 2021, the management board of GTC Real Estate Development Hungary Zrt (“GTC Hungary“, ”Company”) informs that on 28 October 2021, the Supervisory Board approved Mr. Robert Snow resignation from his seat on the Management Board of the GTC Hungary as well as GTC S.A. The resignation is effective immediately.
