The Management Board of GTC Real Estate Development Hungary Zrt (“GTC Hungary”) informs that on 1 September 2023, Mrs. Bujdosó resigned from her seat on the Management Board of GTC Hungary. The resignation is effective immediately.
Also, on 1 September 2023, effective immediately, Mr Gyula Nagy and Mr Zsolt Farkas were nominated to the Management Board of GTC Hungary.
