The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that on 28 August 2025, the Supervisory Board of the Company decided to appointment Mr. Sebastian Junghänel to the position of member of the Management Board of Company and Chief Operating Officer effective as of 2 September 2025.
For over 18 years, Sebastian Junghänel has been active in the commercial and residential real estate sector in Germany and Central and Eastern Europe. He specializes in asset management, strategic and operational planning, and project development, with a strong focus on ESG and innovation. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of ZEITGEIST Asset Management, over 11 years he built from scratch a real estate portfolio worth EUR 1 billion, covering residential, office, hospitality, and student housing projects across five CEE countries. Previously, he held senior management positions at the HOCHTIEF Group, where he was responsible for projects in Germany, Austria, Turkey, and the Czech Republic.
He holds degrees in Architecture from the Berlin University of the Arts and in Industrial Engineering & Management from the Technische Universität Berlin, complemented by specialized programs at European and U.S. universities in real estate, business strategy, and architecture.
According to the statements Sebastian Junghänel is not entered in the register of insolvent debtors maintained in compliance with the Act on the National Court Register dated 20 August 1997.
Sebastian Junghänel participates in business activities competitive to the Company and its operations, within the meaning of Article 12 section 6 of the Company’s Articles of Association by holding, through Family Office Junghänel s.r.o., shares in: ZEITGEIST Asset Management s.r.o., Lónyay & Liget City Management Kft., GW-Park GmbH i.G., SPNK 4 s.r.o., Riviera Hospitality s.r.l., ILC355 S.A., Odolo Sp. z o.o., Mietz GmbH and Carré Mobility GmbH.
In addition, Sebastian Junghänel holds the position of Managing Director of Lónyay & Liget City Management Kft., GW-Park GmbH i.G., Riviera Hospitality s.r.l., Odolo Sp. z o.o., LBB Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH, Liget City Project Kft. and Lónyay Property Kft., which are considered competitive to the Company and its operations, within the meaning of Article 12 section 6 of the Company’s Articles of Association.
Apart from the engagements described above, Sebastian Junghänel does not conduct any other business activity, nor does he participate in any competitive business either as a partner in a civil partnership or any other type of partnership, and is not a member of the authorities of any competing company or any other competing entity.
